A Tale of Two Graduations

Behind again! I did manage to get these pics up on Facebook right away, just not to the blog. Wondering if Facebook AND a blog is overkill.

Anyway - TJ (Paul's sister, Tami's, son) graduated from Selah High School on June 6th. We drove over for the ceremony that morning and drove straight home afterwards. (Paul and Brianna had a Jim Brickman concert to attend, so no time to stay and play) Below, Tami and TJ:

5 days later was Brianna's graduation from Snohomish High School on June 11th. We had my dad, Pat, Morgan and Max drive out from Tennessee. Tami and TJ drove over to join us also. Brianna had a great Senior year and had been enjoying her end of high school festivities! This is in our front yard, before we headed to the Everett Events Center:
Brianna receiving her diploma:
Trying not to trip. She wore flats to cut down on this possibility! :)
Woo Hoo!
Brianna and Hannah:
TJ and Brianna. Cousins and friends. They're a little bummed they won't be at the same college, but TJ's getting over it - poor guy is going to BYU-Hawaii! Let's all shed a tear for the poor fella!
Amy, Brianna and Paul:

Pat, Morgan, Brianna and Dad:
Brianna opted NOT to go to the Senior party. She and her friends, Michelle and Hannah, weren't "feelin" it.
They hung at our house instead and played games with Morgan and TJ:

And that marks the end of that chapter in Brianna's life - on to bigger and greater things!
